An Orphan Deer and a Feral Cat, BFFs Forever

A local family noticed a lone deer wandering around their neighborhood and tried to help it. The deer was shy but stayed close to their home. Eventually the deer made its way into their back yard, behind a house in a rural Japanese community.

A local cat, a stray, feral with no home also began to hang around the family’s home and soon enough…the cat and the deer have become friends. Two orphans with no one to look after them decide to look after one another.
